Love the convenience of the bus and it gave us a great overview of Paris. Excellent service and they came regularly that the wait time between buses was short.

HOHO was great, however, the app did not work for me and it caused some issues. I reached out to customer service multiple times without success in getting the App to work. In addition, I could not download the audio, after talking to multiple passengers, they cannot download the audio either. Thankfully, the bus offered earplugs which allowed us to listen to the audio on the bus. The bus ride was actually great.
