We had a great afternoon led by Amélie. We made croissants, but also Pain au Chocolat and Pain au Raisin (with the option for Pain Suisse/chocolate chips instead). We were a group of 8 which was the perfect size and had a tea or coffee on arrival.
We made 2 croissants (different shapes), 2 Pain au Chocolat and a Pain au Raisin each. Plus Amélie made cinnamon swirls with the offcuts so we sampled those too.
Highly recommend.
