On e I got inside it was fantastic, the ticket recovery process is broken, not everyone ( especially from the US) has WhatsApp. It was a nightmare to get my ticket and I almost didn't get in. I did not get to the cruise, these should not be offered together in the winter. I would rate my entire experience C+

Cet avis pour dire que le site Headout a reconnu son erreur et nous a remboursé,10 jours après, les 78€,que nous avions réglé pour 2 entrées au musée du Louvre,mais les billets n'étaient jamais arrivés. Nous les remercions d'avoir réagi positivement à notre demande de remboursement.N'oubliez pas en cas de litige de donner votre numéro de réservation!

Alles im ganzen fand ich für erste Erlebnis gut. Leider keine Möglichkeit später Audio zu kaufen. In Zukunft kaufe ich Tickets wo anders
