We never saw a guide and had no idea how to have gotten on the Seine boat ride.Not much information on what to do at all. We paid $80 for a ticket into the Louvre basically and a long line even if you had a ticket...

The Louvre is fantastic and a must see if you're in Paris! I received my tickets the day before although I did message them first to see when I was getting them and they then arrived within 5 minutes of my message and their response.

It was very easy to get into the facility. We did not have any issues with our ticket. This place is huge, but it has lots of shops, seating, wash rooms, and lockers to accommodate everyone
