I really enjoyed our macaron class. Aurelie gave instructions in this express class. The classroom was well prepared at our work space with all that we needed. Very efficient. I can’t wait to try at home.

I queried with Viator and they said they can accommodate for vegans, but they cannot! We did not do much in the class only whisked and piped. Expected to do much more!

Our pastry chef Marie was amazing. Her English was very good and she was patient and kind. The macarons were delicious and we left with the recipe as well. Can’t wait to try it at home. The only negative was knowing where to go. Giving the address was enough. It should have said go to the 3 rd floor and to the back of the women’s clothing section.
