  • Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark.
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
  • Child seats, Booster seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
  • For infants, you must bring your own infant seat. (babies under 1 year).
  • No smoking, eating or drinking inside the vehicle.
  • No pets are allowed unless they are kept inside the special cage.
  • Strikes and demonstrations, we are not responsible for any delays, missed flights, connections or additional costs incurred by strikes, industrial action or demonstrations which may take place both in France or throughout the world. However, we try our best to provide our service without any issues.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver was a few minutes early and was very professional. He made sure we were seat belted and took the most direct route from our hotel to CDG airport. I was a little concerned about timing but the recommended pickup time worked great.

We used Inter Service Prestige for a round trip from CDG to our hotel in Paris. For both trips the driver was there on time and easy to identify, the vehicle was a very comfortable Mercedes limo van, and everything went smoothly and on time. I left my cell phone in the car after the trip to the hotel from CDG and the driver returned hours later to return it to me. This was service above and beyond expectations. It really saved our trip because tickets to museums, etc., were all stored on that phone. Many thanks!
