Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Returning home after your holiday in Paris? We will pick you from the Paris Hotel / apartment and drop you at the the Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) with our luxurious private transfer service.

Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark.
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
Child seats, Booster seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
For infants, you must bring your own infant seat. (babies under 1 year).
No smoking, eating or drinking inside the vehicle.
No pets are allowed unless they are kept inside the special cage.
Strikes and demonstrations, we are not responsible for any delays, missed flights, connections or additional costs incurred by strikes, industrial action or demonstrations which may take place both in France or throughout the world. However, we try our best to provide our service without any issues.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver was on time and helped load /unload the luggage.
He was able to get us around the traffic queued up at curbside saving us +15 minutes. Fantastic work!

It was a two way trip from CDG to Paris, and back. The initial pickup when we arrived at CDG was ok, because our airline changed the arrival terminal, but after email, we were contacted by What's app.
Return trip from Paris to CDG was great. Our hotel entrance was blocked by police (VVIP in hotel across the street). I emailed interservice in advance, and arranged for pickup at the end of the street. Journey to airport was smooth.
Would use them again next time when we are in Paris.

Very efficient and comfortable vehicle. But parked far from the place we needed to be at the airport. He got carts and led us to the checking, but it was a lot of extra walking. Not sure if they have to park there or he missed a turn.
