Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Infants can be booked on this transfer if customers bring their own baby seat. Please note that supplier doesn't provide baby seats and won't accept infants without baby seats
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Non-collapsible wheelchairs are not accepted
Please note when you book you must note the departure flight time and not the hotel pick-up time. Hotel pick-up time is calculated to be 4 hours prior to flight time information provided.
An additional night supplement is payable for transfers between 8pm and 03:59am
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Unfortunately, I couldn't choose zero stars. Our flight was scheduled to leave at 11:40 a.m. Paris time. We were scheduled to be picked up at 7:30 a.m. Before we went to sleep, we checked our flight and there were no changes. We also signed up to receive text message alerts from United Airlines if anything changed. At 4:30 a.m. my wife's phone received a call from the Paris Shuttle driver saying that he was five minutes away and our flight changed to 7:30 a.m. We checked our phone and there were no changes. We checked the United Airlines website and our flight had not changed. I went downstairs and the driver showed me flight information that was not ours. He kept insisting that our flight changed. Meanwhile, the hotel's night attendant also called and checked online to confirm with the driver that our flight did not change. The driver was awful and said he would not come back if we were not downstairs in 30 minutes. He was very hostile, and so I told him to leave. We ended up paying for a taxi to take us to the airport later that morning. Travelocity would not refund our cost. We won’t book anything through Travelocity again. More importantly, do not use Paris Shuttle. Call ahead for a taxi or wait in the queue at the airport. This is a terrible company.

They have excellent phone support in English and French. Drivers were polite and helpful. My driver came early and knew exactly were my check-in counter was at the airport.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
