  • Classes are hands-on, but for certain types of preparations, the participants may be working in a group of 2.
  • The minimum age requirement for our macaron classes is 13 years old. Those students older than 13, but still considered minors, must be accompanied by an adult registered for the class.
  • After 5 minutes of delay we shall begin the course without the late client. After 15 minutes without anybody showing up, the class will automatically be cancelled, and your booking may be treated as a last minute non-refundable cancellation.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We thoroughly enjoyed a private macaron and ganache class with James, who himself is a world-class pastry chef. We learned a ton, had a lot of fun, and made the most delicious macarons any of us had ever tasted! Highly recommend. When we come back, we would love to take another class!

This was an excellent course . Gail was a really good teacher with perfect English . I went with my 16 year old daughter and we now know how to make the perfect macaroons . Can definitely recommend .
