You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a guy who was a teacher who did our tour he did an amazing job. He was really good about showing us places and things that we hadn’t seen yet on our trip. When we started our walking tour he asked us what we were interested in and what we had seen or wanted to see. It is a lot of walking if you want to get as much out of the tour as you can. I think we walked 5 miles just on this tour. I definitely recommend this tour.

Parisienne depuis 10 ans, je n'étais pas certaine d'adhérer au concept (visiter ma ville avec un guide, quelle plus-value?). Et j'ai été scotchée. Un grand grand merci à notre guide, Alexandre, aussi sympathique qu'intéressant. Aussi à l'aise en français qu'en anglais, il nous a fait découvrir un Paris que je ne connaissais au final pas bien, sans que je m'ennuie une seule seconde! Je recommande, autant pour les Parisiens que pour les étrangers. Je n'ai pas vu le temps passer et je referais sans hésiter!!!!! Encore merci et surtout bravo au guide, c'est un vrai métier:-)
