We had the chance to try the Atelier (Tarte Tatin) and we warmly recommend this experience. Even though we tought it would quite hard for us to suceed making the Tart, the Chef was super helpful and interesting, and we could make it! after the Ateliers we enjoyed eating our home made Tarte tatin

Je recommande vivement cet atelier de cuisine ! Le lieu est très agréable: baigné de lumière, au calme et avec une vue imprenable sur l'Opéra. Le cours de pâtisserie était très bien ficelé: le chef est disponible et sympathique, le format en 2h est idéal et l'équipement électroménager de grande qualité. Il ne me reste plus qu'à m'équiper avec un de leur super four pour reproduire la recette de la Tarte Tatin ! :)

Fan de la cuisine Ferrandi, j’étais impatiente à l’idée d’avoir un jour la chance de pouvoir assister à un cours de cuisine avec un Chef issu de cette prestigieuse ecole. Chose faite! J’ai pu suivre un cours d’une durée de 2 heures pour apprendre à préparer le célèbre Paris-Brest. Le lieu est magnifique, l’espace cuisine est à la point de la technologie et il nous offre une belle vue sur le Boulevard Haussmann. Je n’ai pas vu le temps passer, le Chef était agréable avec une pointe d’humour et a su nous expliquer toutes les étapes patiemment. Une fois le cours fini, nous avons pu déguster nos chefs-d’œuvre au niveau de l’espace Dégustation, c’était très convivial. Je recommande vraiment ce cours! Étant novice en pâtisserie mon manque de connaissance ne s’est pas fait ressentir lors de la préparation , le Chef à parfaitement su s’adapter à nous. Je suis repartie avec un petit souvenir : La Toque et le Tablier!
