  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights from Europe the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. On arrival flights from outside Europe the driver will wait maximum 90 minutes from the moment the flight has landed.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The Paris shuttle area was hard to find because my plane came in early. However, we were able to call and get the meeting information clearly. I thought I signed up for a shared van but it was a single car that came for us. I was a little nervous but the driver was nice, professional and helpful. I did have trouble arranging my return ride to the airport.

I expected a simple, problem-free transfer as Viator has never let me down. My ride was NOT waiting, as told. My driver never came into my arrival hall at CDG with a sign looking for me. I had to use WhatsApp to contact the tour operator, as the phone number provided was not being answered. After 10+ hours of travel and arriving in a new country, this was unacceptable to me. I chose this service for a reason and I’ll never use their shared ride service again!
