  • Latecomers will not be granted access to the tower.

    The fact it says guaranteed skip the line , when infact we had to queue in the line for over an hour . What you ate buying here is a guy or girl to walk infront of you in the que to buy the tickets, hand them to you and that's it. The tour guide ran off basically and we didn't see him again the whole time we were there . Guys and girl wanting to go for this ! Take this advice . DONT! Go there yourself , que , You will be doing it regardless. Ticket to the summit is I think 27 odd euros . This tour is an absolute disgrace and out to con , scam and trick people to pay a huge amount of money when it costs less than 30€ . Stay well clear of ANY tour guides of the eiffel tower.

    the booking i made to the 2nd floor of the Effil Tower came to be with stairs rather than elevators, while we have an old aged person with us, so i had to buy new tickets at the location to use teh elevators. i sent an email after with the receipt for the new tickets and requested a refund, no reply came yet!
