Could not locate the guide. Tried contacting your offices but no luck. No answer to my 2 texts. SO disappointed, had to buy myself a 2nd ticket to enter the Louvre. Felt like crying. Asked for refund or at least a credit but no answer from Viator. Will not recommend until this is solved. Please respond to this THIRD request.

I came to this tour with a different perspective: I hate art and I hate museums. All I wanted to see was the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo and the Winged Victory. While the Louvre is a spectacular place and the works in there are second-to-none, it's not my kind of thing and all I wanted to do was to be whisked to the Mona Lisa, hear a LITTLE bit about it, and move on solo to the other two exhibits. This tour was EXACTLY what I wanted! 45 minutes from start to finish and I was on my way! While any art lovers of my review will be horrified, there undoubtedly has to be folks like me, who just want the "steak" and none of the other accoutrements of a "25-course meal" that the Louvre is. If so, DEFINITELY do this tour!!!

The best way to see the Louvre! Trust me when I say the cost is well worth it to beat the lines into the Louvre. The museum is so big it is easy to get lost so it was nice to get to the Mona Lisa first before there were long lines and crowds around the painting. We had all the time afterwards to explore the museum at our own pace. We were in and out and loved that we didn’t spend the whole day just waiting in lines to see what we wanted to see.
