The Host/Chef (Jack) was a delight and very skilled. As a seasoned home chef myself I stilled walked away with some helpful hints and tool suggestions. Wonderful experience and the finished dishes were amazing!

What a fun baking class! We got to learn the details and science behind French cooking. I look forward to talking another class here when I come back to Paris.

Miriam was engaging and very informational. We cooked several items in a beautiful apartment with amazing views of the city. We cooked a tomato tart, a basque stew with chicken & vegetables. For dessert we made Madeline‘s and pears poached in burgundy wine.
