What a fantastic experience. Went with my 11 year old son. Chef Fabrice was knowledgeable and fun. The time flew and we cooked and laughed and ate. Recommend this highly!!!

This was a wonderful experience that both my teen daughter and I enjoyed very much! Our Chef was knowledgeable but could relay information in a way that was relatable. It was totally hands on which we loved! And the food was delicious! We cant wait for our recipes so we can try to make it on our own!

The chef was friendly, definitely an expert, and did a superb job teaching to the different levels of each student. She led us in making three courses which all tasted magnificent. Unlike other classes where each person makes their own plates, this course had us all contributing to the same dish and taking turns at participating which resulted in a lot of standing around watching others. I still learned a lot though while others were up to the plate and with this quality of dish I don’t think it would have been possible for us to each do everything. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price and less hands-on than I was hoping for.
