Join us at the Edwart Atelier and put yourself in a chocolatier’s shoes. Located just in front of the Tuileries Garden, Edwart Chocolatier is a convenient but often unknown gem in the heart of Paris. Discover our production methods, plunge yourself into chocolate making and bring home your creations to impress your friends and family. In this workshop we will make molded bonbons filled with two different recipes that we will create from scratch. Every participant leaves with a diploma, all recipes, and a signature Edwart gift bag filled with chocolates you have made yourselves! NB: Classes are added to the schedule based on demand and availability, so thank you for checking your messages to confirm the start time. We do our best to work with all clients and chocolatiers to come up with the best organization and scheduling for everyone! Sending us a message with multiple options or a window of your availability increases the chance that we can accommodate your party.

My wife and I had a private class with Lisa today and had an amazing time. She’s a wonderful instructor and a very talented chocolatier. As a chef, I’m fortunate to do a lot of cool culinary experiences & today was a real treat. I can’t recommend Lisa and the entire experience enough.

Lisa and Megan were fantastic teachers. Great course and my daughter & I made professional looking chocs to take home. Lovely way to escape the hectic Paris streets and be creative. Thoroughly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time. Elise was engaging with both us and our daughters. The process was familiar, since the girls are quite well versed in making pastries back home. But it was neat to have some more advanced techniques, great ingredients, and a wonderful hostess. The chocolate tasting we had while waiting for our treats to set was delightful, and we didn’t feel pressured to buy (as can often be the case on other vendor-hosted experiences).
