The private experience was the way to go. My husband and I love taking food tours to eat local yummies but also learn about the local culture, and our guide Jerome (Jay) was so knowledgeable and insightful; we had some great conversations and we learned a lot. The food spots and choices were delicious, too. Highly recommend this tour, and Jay!
