Paris is always beautiful. but Paris at Christmas is breathtaking. The night of our tour it had been misting and that gave all the lights an extra shimmer. The bus left on time and returned on time even with heavy traffic, so dinner reservations worked. I thought the narration and music could have been improved, but overall a greal time. The tour was everything I expected and more. A magical way to see Paris at Christmas.

The worst and highly unprofessional - save your money and go elsewhere !!! We had a christmas lights night bus tour booked for the 19th December between 18h00 - 19h30. Little did we know that the French football team were arriving in Paris at the same time and doing a parade, hence all the main roads were blocked and traffic was a nightmare. The driver admitted that they were aware of the French team arriving in Paris in the morning. What they should done is cancel the tour and refund everyones money. But instead, they let let everyone get on the bus and then told them. We moved 100m in 1 hour. The bus driver admitted that the tour should have been cancelled, clarified that she was unable to do the tour as we have only seen 2 mins of the tour within the 1st hour and only 30 mins were left. She advised us to get off the bus and speak to customer services the next day for a full refund. I did this and only got a partial refund and they are refusing to refund the difference.
