Driver met us holding a sign with our name. Quickly walked us to his car, stashed our bags and off we went. Good driver who appeared to know the best way to reach our hotel as he zig zagged through the narrow streets. Will use this company again when we return with our granddaughter.

Driver barely spoke and did not offer to help with bags. The vehicle was absolutely NOTHING LIKE DESCRIBED! Was supposed to be a blue VW van or sprinter and this was a small Toyota vehicle. Bags barely fit in the back so they had to put them in the front seat too. Very uncomfortable ride and not what I paid for when being collected for the airport. Had to take an uber back which was cheaper and a much better vehicle. Just use uber or taxi.

Our flight was quite late arriving in Paris, and when we met our driver outside of baggage claim, we learned that there was another pickup that was going to conflict with our ride. Our driver arranged for an alternate ride with another company that arrived to pick us up within minutes. He even arranged for payment for the other company, so it didn't cost us any extra. Overall, it was a good experience!
