Booked a day that was listed as available. My credit card was charged,and the tour guide called me back to inform me that he couldn’t do that day. My credit card was still charged after I asked him to refund me.

Very fun and interesting. Remi was a great guide, speaking well English. It's very uncommon to visit a city like this, I was feeling like a real parisian.
