Traffic congestion and circulation restrictions make travel in certain parts of the city very complex and unpredictable.
Therefore, we currently provide pickup and drop-off services only in the western districts of Paris, namely the 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 15th, and 16th arrondissements, as well as in the western areas of the 2nd, 5th, 14th, and 17th arrondissements. This decision allows us to adhere to our scheduled times and minimize any inconvenience for our clients.
However, for groups of more than 5 people, we do offer pickup and drop-off services throughout all the districts of Paris.
We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask you to check your email regularly, as we will send a confirmation of your final pickup time 1 to 2 days before your visit.

  • Participants must be able to follow their guide for approximately 3 hours. The Palace of Versailles is very crowded, and we must adhere to the scheduled visiting times. Additionally, the guide will not be able to provide personal assistance. If you have walking difficulties, health issues, or any other concerns, we suggest reconsidering your participation in this tour to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
  • Versailles tour at the palace with your guide for 1:30 or 2:30 hours( depend the option) and then enjoy 2 hours of free time to explore the gardens at your own pace .
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Versailles was crowded as expected but your guide was very good. Monet’s garden was lovely. Can driver Frederic very helpful.

Love Brugges! Could have been better if the tour guide was more interactive! Do not like this tour company. When I booked I clicked with hotel pick up! There was none! Had to pay 30euros for taxi to go to the bus pick up site. Then disorganized tour guide came 20mins late! Very insulting and snotty. Never said anything on the bus. We got to Brugges, she just told us about our meeting places and times. I bought us a guided tour! Drive back she still never said a word,

Do not go on this half day tour of Versailles. First, the tour guide was late, then they grouped us with people on a longer tour of Versailles and the guide spent a half an hour in ONE room. We know because we timed it. We handed back our audios so we could move ahead and see more of the palace. So basically we didn't get an audio guided tour. The half day tour of Monet’s Garden was great.
