Welcome to our pastry shop, "Casa dos Ovos Moles em Lisboa". In a very homy way you discover how to make the divine pastel de nata. And yes you learn how to make the puff pastry from the scratch. It´s all handmade. We promise that you can replicate the deed in your house! You know that the recipe was created inside a monastery? We will tell you the History. First we cook it an the end we taste the delight with a porto wine or a ginja liquer, tchim tchim!

She was very friendly and took the time to have a chat, not only about the different cookies and pastries but also about the food in Portugal and other places to visit. Though she was strict to get the best Pastel de Nata, she was patient as well. We got to eat 2 Pasteis de Nata straight out of the oven, which were delicious. Although I haven't received the recipe yet, we were asked what our email address was so she could send it to us afterwards.

We enjoyed every minute of the baking class with Filipa. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful ability to teach and connect with her students. I could tell that everyone in the class was having fun and really learning to make pastel de nata! We highly reccomend!

A delightfully enjoyable cooking class! I booked this class last minute and highly recommend it. The instructor was super friendly and kind, and the class size was small so we all got to participate in the process. At the end, we learned about the sweets of Portugal and where to find them.
