  • Not all our tour vehicle can accommodate mobility devices such as Wheel chairs and Scooters. Please call us right away after you book our tour to make arrangements.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

1. Pickup times were not as advertised so we had to change our flights. 2. We did not need this company to purchase pearl harbor tickets as they told me when I called 3. Guide tried to be amusing but was embarrassing how he used the guests on the bus as the subject of his jokes.

The trip was good, but you really don't have to pay to see Arizona. It's managed by the National Park Service, and there is no cost associated with visiting as such. However, you need a ticket, and it seems agencies buy most of the tickets in advance, and then re-sell them as a packaged tour, with hotel pickup. You can actually just go there, buy a ticket on the spot, and then wait for your turn, although worst case you may not get a spot on the ferry. Seemed to me most people on standby made it, though. Will save you 70+ USD per person. With this being said, our driver Georg was very nice. Talked about everything, including all the things we didn't need to know, since we were leaving Honolulu soon after the trip. Couldn't make him stop, though :-D

Seeing Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona was a moving experience. There is so much history to be seen.
