You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This is a great way to see Philly from the top of a double decker bus!! Get a great overview of everything historical about Philly! It took an hour. A great way to start your visit then see what truly interests you or take a break from walking and let the personable guide give you the Philly scoop!!

Hate leaving bad reviews. Have no choice here. We have done the double decker bus tour in almost every major city we have travelled to where they were available. Having visitors into our home city of Philadelphia, we figured what better than a tour of our own city. Unfortunately it did not shake out this way. While it is not the companies fault there was a parade scheduled on this day, the way they handle it is completely within their control. A long scheduled parade cut out about 8 of the 28 stops and cut a third of the city off. Instead of planning alternate routes which absolutely existed they chose to simply cash the check and say better luck next time. What made matters even more insulting is the way we were spoken to. I am from Philly. My whole life. I know how we are. That being said, we were spoken to and treated like chumps by everyone outside the bus. So, we got a 10 minute ride and we were done. 10 blocks. 5th St. to Reading Terminal and then it turned into a walking tour. Our problem I suppose since we wanted to see what the tour without notice cut out. Bus driver and tour guide were very nice and seemed informative. This is a management problem, not a worker problem. So I can never in good conscious recommend this tour as who knows what may, without notice or effort to reconcile, impact where they decide to stop.

Ernest was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Ms. Adams the bus driver was very kind to our group.
