The Halo Tour to the top of Optus Stadium was much better than I expected. The ticket was a gift from someone who thought I would enjoy taking photos from a unique viewpoint, and I was disappointed to learn that not even mobile phones were permitted. Apparently this is for safety reasons, but still frustrating. We were taken up to the top by jovial guide Ron, dressed in jump suits and safety harnesses. Even our free Ozone caps were tied on to prevent possible falls. Ron gave us a brief and entertaining history of the stadium along the way, and at the top we were safely connected to rails by a 'trolley'. Great views and the opportunity to lean out backwards, for a special thrill -- while Ron whipped out a compact camera to record the moment. Ron did his job well, and I would be happy to recommend the experience to friends. A night tour might be more interesting than day or twilight if available. #THEOZONE #HALOPERTH #OPTUSSTADIUM

Great experience, would definitely recommend the twilight time, the city looked amazing with the sunset. Big thanks to Alex for making the experience even better with his jokes knowledge and enthusiasm.
