On this tour we go to places that others don't. At Yanchep Lagoon we photograph it's unique rockpools which has been formed by a close to shore reef. As we head to the Pinnacles we stop along the way as we see things of photographic interest including an amazing sand dune, arriving in time before the sunset to photograph the pinnacles as the light changes.

This was a great day trip out of the city to parts of rural Western Australia near to Perth, that we would have missed otherwise. The highlight was the Pinnacles at sunset with the changing light enhancing the natural beauty of the place. But there was much more beside - Yanchep National Park with wetland birds, Australian native flowers, and koalas; the historic country town of Gingin; the dunes adjacent to the coastal highway. Helpful assistance from such a knowledgeable and experienced photographer was much appreciated. A well planned trip.
