Our 2 day Inca Trail tour to Machu Picchu is the shorter and easier way to experience the highlights of the Classic 4-day Inca Trail. On this trail you will be experiencing different microclimates as you will be descending from Andes to the cloud forest. The route is dotted with several Inca ruins including the iconic Wiñay Wayna. You will be entering the citadel of Incas, Machu Picchu through the Sun Gate as those on the Classical Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. The trail is ideal for families with small children as you won’t be hiking through any high altitudes or will be camping. The highest point of the 2 day Inca Trail Tour is 2650 metres above sea level. We will be accommodating you in a comfortable ensuite hotel room in Aguas Calientes town. The following day on your half day trip to Machu Picchu citadel, our guide will be walking you through the prime attractions of the citadel.

A perfect trail to get an insight into the life of the Incas and spot some hidden gem along the trail. The guide was very professional and knowledgeable and shared so many useful information. We did not have to camp as we were accommodated at a hotel in Aguas Calientes town which was a big bonus. The food was excellent that they provided along the trail. we had an immersive tour of three iconic Inca sies before visiting Machu Picchu which gave usa detailed understanding to the civilization and local traditions and customs. Allin all, this was truly a trip of a lifetime.

Cannot recommend this tour enough! Was so reassuring to go through all the trip details face to face the day before our trek started. The quality of care was high - from being dropped off to the train with nothing to worry about to the actual trek itself. Our tour guide Adolfo was so helpful and patient. The food and hotel provided in the tour were exceptionally good. The fact you get to see Machu Picchu twice on this tour makes it very magical.

This tour was amazing. Before the tour we got all the information needed from John in a personal meeting. Our Tourguide Javier/Bernabe picked us up the next day. Hiking with him was great. He explained a lot, took very good care of us and answered all our questions along the trip. As well we had a lot of fun. The provided lunch box was very delicious and healthy. The hotel we stayed at in Aguas Calientes was beautiful, the staff there very friendly and the breakfast also very delicious. On the next day we got up early (our decision) and had a wonderful tour through the archeological site. Javier/Bernabe explained a lot and answered again all our questions. After a wonderful lunch together we sadly had to say goodbye to him. We booked this trip just 10 days in prior and everything (transportation, train, entry tickets & permits, guide, hotel, food) was organised just perfectly. We highly recommend this trip as well as this tour company. Very professional, very familiar and friendly. It was not our first tour with them and won‘t be the last one.
