    Valencia Travel tour guide, Hugo (English Name) was our tour leader on behalf of Trip-A-Deal, the Australian Tour Company. Not for 3 days, but 10 all over Peru. Hugo was fantastic. He was friendly, extremely knowlegible and very obliging throughout the tour. Nothing was too much trouble; he went far beyond what he was expected to do in making sure the nine of us from Australia enjoyed our holiday. Unexpected changes in arrangements beyond his control were managed with lots of expertise and little fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hugo and his team for any personal or group requiring first class service of their travel needs.
