A hands-on cooking class located in Miraflores district, during this class you will get to to chop, stir, fry, plate and of course learn everything about ingredients used in Peru, tips on which ingredients can be substituted at home and also some history and background information on the dishes and ingredients. The class is paced, so you will eat each dish right when it's done. The class takes about 3 hours. Come hungry for a delicious 4-course meal!!

    We had a wonderful time, learned to cook 4 dishes (which we could cook at home) and made pico sours. The chef and sous chef were excellent and we had a fabulous time, and went home with a more complete knowledge of Peruvian cooking. This is a definite great thing to do with friends, families or couples. Beautiful view of the city looking toward the ocean.

    My kiddos (both 13) were absolutely delighted with this experience. They love the food so it was a real treat to learn how to cook it. I have to say these kids are generally NOT effusive in their praise, and are very critical, yet they had nothing but great things to say. One even burnt his finger a little and that did not dampen the experience for him. On that note, I am so impressed and thankful with the quick and effective treatment he received, no blisters at all the next day. They also enjoyed the wonderful views and relaxing atmosphere. I was so happy they saved me delicious picarones. I would thoroughly recommend SkyKitchen!

    We absolutely loved this class! Christian & co. were so kind and really helped make our honeymoon special. The food was delicious and we definitely did not leave hungry. I got the vegetarian option and my husband got the regular meat option. My green mango ceviche was absolutely phenomenal and my fava bean ají de gallina was fantastic as well. My husband actually said he liked mine better than his chicken option! Everyone got a chance to participate and had a great time. One of the best parts of the class is that we got the recipes too, so we can make these amazing dishes at home and take a bit of Perú with us when we leave! Thanks so much SkyKitchen team - we loved everything about this class!
