Choquequirao Trek is a fascinating adventure route in which physical effort is rewarded by the wonderful view offered by the Apurimac canyon.

    I went on a 4 day Choquequirao tour with Crossover Peru and had the most amazing time! Our guide was Juan Carlos who made sure everything about the tour was comfortable and interesting. Juan Carlos speaks Quechua and has endless knowledge of Incan and colonial history. When the hiking got tough, he even played the flute to alleviate our tiredness! I can't say enough good things about him and the rest of the crew that included DelFin the Horsemen, Lorenzo the cook, and Ronald the assistant. THE FOOD WAS UNBELIEVABLE!! I honestly didn't expect much with the food given we were hiking in remote areas with limited facilities, however; every single meal was a feast from a 5 star restaurant. From soup to cake, there wasn't a food group that wasn't included. If I could take back Lorenzo to be my personal chef, I would. Ronald also took amazing video and was a nice companion to hang out with. The whole experience from the amenities to the beautiful ruins was unmatched. A special shoutout to Roland who made the whole thing happen. He worked so hard with my group to book the experience! I can't wait to come back to Peru and do another Trek with Crossover Peru!
