    Percy the tour guide is excellent. He explained all historical places really well and his english can be understood well. We enjoyed all the tour, the lunch in machu picchu is so nice with the river view. The only thing we might need was only the option to upgrade the hotel or maybe more information about the hotel. The 3 star hotel was ok, we could sleep even it was so noisy outside, but if there was upgrade options in the first place in viator then it would be much better. Other than hotel, everything was really great. Ontime based on schedule. We recommend this trip!

    Good Tour agent, everything is on time. We were picked up and droped off on time based on the schedule. Milena gave us clear information. The tour guide name Percy is excellent. He has very good knowledge in explaining everything about the history of all the places we visited. He is so helpful and we can understand his english very well. The lunch in machu picchu is very nice, you can choose several options. Vegan / vegetarian available. They even choose the restaurant with the nice view of the river. The only thing need to be upgraded is the hotel. The hotel is just OK but it was under our expectation. We wish there was the options where we could upgrade the accomodation when we booked via viator in the first place. Overall we were enjoying the experience with Percy. We recommend this tour in Peru!
