  • Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants. Otherwise, your tour may not be confirmed.
  • When booking your flight from Lima to Cusco, it must be in the morning. Arrival by noon is too late.
  • Upon time of booking, please provide flight itinerary for international flights and domestic flights
  • Important: If you go suffer from altitude sickness, please bring medicine or ask your doctor for advice before you depart.
  • This tour beginnigs in Lima and finish in Puno.
  • Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Sin duda los guías hicieron más interesantes las visitas a los lugares, Samuel al recibirnos en Lima y siempre atento a lo que nos sucediera, Willi en Puno y los Uros también fue muy amable pues una amiga en el viaje se lastimó el brazo y siempre estuvo con ella, Y Silverio en Machupichu con su forma de ser y alegría hizo que el recorrido no se hiciera pesado, Carolina en Cusco igual muy atenta. Sin duda uno de mus mejores viajes apesar de que hubo complicaciones en un vuelo pero eso ya era cosa de la aerolínea LATAM. Muchas gracias MegaTravel.

Es la primera vez que viajábamos con Viajes Pacífico y espero que no sea la última. Contratamos el viaje a Perú con una agencia desde España que trabajaba con ellos y fue una gran sorpresa. Trato excelente, informándonos al detalle de qué haríamos, dónde nos recogerían, qué debíamos llevar, etc... Siempre puntuales con todo organizado y ofreciendo solución a todo lo que podía surgir. Fue una tranquilidad viajar con ellos porque no faltaba detalle y siempre nos sentimos atendidas. Queremos destacar a Washington (guía en Chinchero, Moray y Ollantaytambo), un guía excelente preocupado por todos los turistas y con gran conocimiento de cada sitio que nos enseñaba que hizo que disfrutáramos mucho del día con él, a Marco (guía en MachuPicchu), Valerio (conductor puntual, atento y dispuesto a todo) y Lila que fue nuestro contacto la mayor parte del viaje. Además, me puse enferma y ella misma gestionó todo con el seguro, el centro médico y hasta con el hotel para que viniera a verme un doctor. De verdad, estamos muy agradecidas con el trabajo de todo este equipo y ha sido un placer viajar con ellos. Ha hecho que disfrutemos más del viaje. Totalmente recomendable si viajas a Perú

Viaje contratado con VIPAC( Viajes Pacífico) Todo muy bien organizado. Los guías fabulosos y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier contratiempo que surja. En nuestro caso John nos informaba diariamente de circuitos y horarios del día siguiente, y ha hecho cambios sobre lo programado para facilitarnos y mejorar nuestros días
