We booked the tour for 4 of us from Dec 17-24th. However, due to civil unrest in Peru (especially in Cusco region), we were advised not to travel to Peru by US Embassy. So, we had to cancel our trip in the last minute as no flights were going into Cusco. Informed Chullo Travels (tour operator) promptly one day before our tour begins. Informed Trip Advisor also about the same. After a week, received an email saying that Trip Advisor was not responsible for the cancellation. Due to the nature of the issue and circumstances beyond our control, we expect the amount to be refunded. We will update the final outcome here in a few days.
