Desde tarapoto a poca distancia tenemos esta agradable cascada a visitar. Recomiendo visitar a primera hora ya que se llena pronto de turismo y gente local.

De Tarapoto al terminal donde partes carros a la catarata cobran S/. 3 mototaxi y las camionetas cobran S/. 10 en la cabina y S/. 5 en tolva. Está cerca y vale la pena visitar. Recomendable ir con zapatillas acuáticas para no resbalarse en la poza.

Aunque permanecimos corto tiempo en ella, nos pareció un lugar precioso, la caída de agua era bastante alta y aunque el agua era bastante fría no pudimos evitar nadar, es de baja profundidad en la orilla y de más profundidad en la caída, el precio de la entrada bastante económico y el camino para llegar a ella hermoso, cuenta con una cafetería dentro del complejo, muy recomendable, nosotros la volveríamos a visitar.
