We had a very nice journey with multiple stops along the way. It was a nice way to break up a long bus ride. The bus was comfortable and had a small bathroom. The guide was very engaging and gave us a nice overview of the sights alo g the way

Este tour en bus de Puno a Cuzco estaba previsto con salida a las 07:00am el 18 de julio. Estaba prevista desde hace una semana una huelga de transportes en el Peru para los días 18 y 19 igualmente, y la mayoría de operadores turísticos adelantaron la salida de estas excursiones previstas el 18 al día 17, con el fin de evitar los bloqueos. Ante la falta de noticias del operador, el día 17 me puse en contacto con este, Pachakutik Tours Perú, tanto por teléfono como por su servicio de contacto y por whatsapp. Les pregunté si se iba a adelantar el servicio y me dijeron que no me preocupase, que todo seguía igual. Cuando les expuse que el resto de operadores turísticos lo habían adelantado, me insistieron en que no iba a haber ningún problema. La mañana del 18, 15 minutos antes de la hora de recogida, me entró un wasup para decirme que no se podía llevar a cabo el servicio por la huelga y que no se iba a realizar en todo el día. Ni siquiera me llamaron. Esta falta de seriedad nos ha costado tener que comprar un billete de avión a Cuzco, para evitar perder una noche de hotel y que se viera perjudicado el resto de excursiones e itinerario por la falta de margen de maniobra. También cabe mencionar que nos han dejado expuestos poniendo en riesgo nuestra seguridad debido a la huelga ya que adelantando la salida no hubiéramos pasado por la situación tan desagradable que hemos vivido de camino al aeropuerto ante unos hechos anunciados. Solicito nos sea cancelado el servicio y un reembolso completo de los 208,24€. Gracias por adelantado.

O passeio turístico de Puno para Cusco é uma ótima opção para quem está com tempo e precisa se deslocar entre as duas cidades. Gostei muito das paradas no Museu Lítico de Pukara, no Templo de Wiracocha e Andahuaylillas. Gostei tanto dos locais que fiquei com vontade de ter ficado e explorado um pouco mais cada um deles. Mas valeu muito o passeio, a guia tinha muitas informações sobre os locais e foi muito prestativa e simpática. Recomendo!
