Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Travel comfortably with all the facilities from Cusco to Puno or vice versa. It does not matter if you travel at night or during the day, enjoy the air conditioning and heating system, drinks on board, WiFi on board and USB chargers.
If you travel in the morning, the departure will be at 08:10 am (regardless of the point of departure, Cusco to Puno). Enjoy fantastic views of the Andes along the way. Enjoy drinks on board and a brief stop to pick up supplies for the trip. The arrival time will be approximately at 3:30 p.m. (regardless of the starting point, Cusco to Puno).
If you travel at night, the departure will be at 20:00 (regardless of the point of departure, Cusco Puno). Put on warm blankets to rest comfortably. Enjoy drinks on board. The arrival time will be approximately at 4:00 am (regardless of the starting point, Cusco-Puno).

Bus service was PERFECT! Five star luxury. They coordinated everything. Highly recommend. Clean, comfortable with no room for improvement.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
