Booked reservations on line and paid $370 . I received an email a few hours later telling me that my booked and confirmed reservations were canceled and that I should expect a refund on my credit card within several days . If I wanted to place a hold on my card I would have done it myself . Terrible business practice to pull money out of my card and then quickly cancel the reservation. Cusco is beautiful, but this has placed a negative thought on our experience . With tourism only 60% of 2019, I would think all businesses would do whatever possible to provide a great experience for the tourist. Non smart at all.
