We will pick you up from your hotel within the historic centre of Cusco. If you are not staying within the historic centre, please make sure to reach the decided pick up point at a determined hour.

  • Humantay Lake, Cusco, Peru
    After the early pickup at 4:00am, the adventure towards the Humantay Lagoon starts. Enjoy the beautiful geography of the place, mountains, andean animals and fields of crops for approximately 2 hours on the way to Mollepata village, where you will stop for breakfast. After breakfast, a minivan will take you to the community of Soraypampa for about 45 minutes. Upon arrival, start the hike for an hour and a half until you reach the Humantay lagoon. A professional guide will tell you about the history of the lagoon . Take pictures and walk around before heading back to the community of Soraypampa and take the minivan back to Mollepata. Enjoy lunch there before returning to Cusco. The expected arrival in Cusco is 5:00pm.

    This turquoise highland lake is a true gem. I wasn´t sure of visiting it but i am glad i did. It was a perfect day trip with everything included in the price. The drive to the trailhead was a bit long from Cusco. The views whilst hiking was stunning and truly rewarding.

    El tour fue en grupo estaba bien organizado por la agencia de Karen, el camino para llegar es empinado, un poco agotador, pero el esfuerzo recompensa la hermosa vista y el paisaje, como dicen las cosas buenas no son fáciles pero es gratificante, la ruta se torno bella y estimulante para seguir caminando y llegar, la experiencia con Alex el guía fue genial.

    EL tour fue todo un éxito... el guía y el conductor fueron muy atentos y profesionales, siempre puntuales y todo bien organizado , pudimos llegar a la LAGUNA HUMANTAY con esfuerzo pero llegamos todos y fue lo mejor aprecias en todo su esplendor la gran belleza de la LAGUNA nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, nos sentimos bien informados y acompañados en toda la excursión.
