    We spent several days in Cusco and we were also able to visit the citadel of Machu Picchu and we were very grateful to our agent Dennis who helped us with everything. Our reservation was last minute but everything was extraordinary. Super friend, highly recommended.

    La verdad es que la agencia cumplió con todo lo establecido y se preocuparon de que todos los servicios fueran entregados como correspondía, fue una bella experiencia y destacamos por sobre todo el hotel Samuel's que fue el que la agencia nos entregó para alojar en aguas calientes, fue excelente, las habitaciones hermosas y la atención de la dueña fue genial, muy atenta y preocupada. Respecto a los demás servicios todo estuvo bien y cumplieron, solo no les pongo el 5 porque usan Van para el traslado genéricas (que usan todas las agencias) y quienes conducen están Van no se preocupan del protocolo Covid, había mucha gente sin mascarilla y algunos tosían, por lo que se expone mucho a los demás. Lo otro, es que se me quedaron los bastones de trekking en la Van y se lo encargue a una de las chicas que gestiona todo, ella me dijo que los guardaría para mi retorno de aguas calientes y después cuando la vi no me dio respuestas y me evito, aunque esas cosas que pasan de la agencia pero es para que sepan y vayan con cuidado. Lo que es la agencia, cumplió y se preocupo de que nos entregaron todos los servicios, fue una excelente aventura.

    We live one of the best experiences of our lives, the visit to Machu Picchu is very, very beautiful. Touring the city is something incredible, a lot of history to learn and a lot of mystery. We can only say extraordinary.
