Driver and greeting person was right on time, very nice people, i received confirmation of my reservation through e-mail. My phone was stolen so I don't know if I received a txt or WhatsApp message, my tour guide has to call for let me know the exact time that driver will pick me up, I was looking for e-mail with the time of the pick up but i did not receive it, so I asked my tour guide to call.

This company provides great services. They sent a reminder/confirmation email a couple days prior to let you know exactly when they will pick you up. The driver handled the luggage. The guide even offered to help me check in. Would definitely use this company again.

They picked us up right on time and helped us with the whole check in process! They are amazing! It is a little pricey but it is worth it! Very nice people and on time!
