We booked the Supervalley tour with this company and regretted our decision quickly after departure. Everything is done in the fastforward mode and we got the feeling that the main goal was to arrive first at the buffet lunch. The visited locations are great places to explore, but I would have spread it over 2 days if I could do it again. Our guide was not paying attention to keep the group together and some people had to drop out of the steep hike on the Sun Temple at Ollantaytambo because they could not keep up with the pace of the guide. I believe the too packed program of the day is to blame rather than the guide himself - he had a schedule to meet to see all places before sunset. A tip for the tour operator: leave 30mins earlier and skip the useless visits to the souvenir shops (like the salt & silver shop) to have more time available for the real interesting places. Lunch was below average although it wasn’t fair to expect much more for a total tour price of 40 soles per person (excluding entry tickets). However, I would have loved to pay a few soles more for a decent lunch. Last but not least, we didn’t tip the driver for his driving skills.
