With the help and guidance of your Instructor, you will learn some history and importance facts of the Peruvian cuisine and valuable information for when you are able to visit Cusco and Perú in general. I have been teaching lessons for tourists in the last 5 years and I can really show you the best way to enjoy Peruvian culture. In these crazy times, it's a bit hard to think about traveling and that probably won't be an option for the next months but as right now you can't visit Peru and learn more about it... Let me take a little piece of Perú to your tables.

Our cooking classes with Ricardo were so much fun! We hired Ricardo to conduct two cooking classes to thank our organization's volunteers for all the help and hanging in there during the pandemic. In addition, since no one was able to travel, going "global" with the classes, and Ricardo live from Peru, was a real virtual treat. Ricardo consulted with us multiple times and provided all the ingredient lists, so we could make sure our guests had everything they needed in plenty of time for the class. With a winning personality, excellent english, and a true passion for the natural wonders and cuisine of Peru, we were all engaged, enthralled and enjoyed the Lomo Saltado and of course, with Pisco sours. We absolutely recommend Ricardo for both virtual and in-person cooking classes. Thank you Ricardo!

Ricardo gave a great presentation of both food and culture about ceviche, pisco and Peru. Fun, educadional and tasty! I will sign up for other classes with Ricardo.
