Jose Luis and me really enjoy the beach. We can say that surfing, yoga and travel around the world are the most amazing experiences in life, that´s why we decided to share our passion with you. My name is Pati and I am a certified yoga instructor and I´m sure yoga is the best way to connect you with yourself and nature. It improves your surfing performance because it works directly with balance, concentration and flexibility. Nothing like yoga mixed with surf! In the other hand, Jose Luis is an experimented surfer who participated in many international championships, he owns a bodyboard trade mark and loves to teach how to surf. He´s a rider of longboard and bodyboard, you choose!

This didn't exist for me - I ended up arranging a solo surf lesson, which was AMAZING, but in terms of 'yogasurf', I found out it didn't exist after I booked it.

muchas gracias por la linda mañana! me encantó y me llenó de energía. esas posiciones y sobre todo la respiración por fin aprendí a respirar de una manera tranquila,,, lograron abrir mi mente y relajarme para poder estar a gusto conmigo misma.... quedé llena de paz ... me encantará visitarlos mas seguido
