I just used this service today, and it's great if you want to get there and explore by yourself. Anibal (the person I got) picked us up at exactly 8 a.m. and was amazing at his job. He is not there to hurry you and even asks if you want to get breakfast before going. Once there, he walked us in. He waits for you to return, whenever that is. On the way back, he also asked if you would like to stop to get something to eat, and he recommended a place with a beautiful view of the lake. Amazing work!

Had a great day out. Fidias was a great communicator, showed up on time & was happy for us to take our time exploring Tikal. Very highly recommended
