Driver never showed up. Tour company was no help in resolving the situation. Took a taxi from mundo maya airport to Tikal. Wasted almost an hour

First and foremost, as a solo female traveler, my driver made me feel safe. He gave me tips about a guy that was able to take me to the main pyramids for a few quetzals (10 to be exact) and guided me towards making my experience at Tikal a great one.

Once we landed, our driver was on time and already waiting for us. He was very helpful. He stoped along the way where we wanted to grab some things.
