    Yaxha is an archaeological site close to Tikal. It is also a place where you can enjoy nature and water since it’s located between two lakes that can be seen from the top of several temples. ITINERARY 1:00 p.m. – We will meet you and pick you up at your hotel after your luch on your own. 2:30 p.m. – Arrive at Yaxha National Park. 6:00 p.m. – Tour end and we will take you back to your hotel. 8:00 p.m. – Arrive back at your hotel. Elmer was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in our tour of Yaxcha National Park. His attention to detail was really impressive, and he catered the tour to our interests (my friends and I are environmentalists, so he showed us several rare beehives that no other tours stopped at!). We saw toucans, spider monkeys, and howler monkeys, and Elmer shared his binoculars so we could all get a closer look. I would absolutely recommend Tikal VIP Tours!
