Your tour starts with a ride in our comfortable van out to the idyllic countryside of Lancaster County, where you’ll hear about the beginnings of Amish culture in the United States and see farmers hard at work in their fields. Your local guide will fully immerse you in the way of life here with a visit to an 1800s farmhouse, and your included admission to the Amish Village Museum will give you a deeper appreciation for the traditions and philosophies of the Amish communities. This tour provides a nice glimpse into Amish life. James was an awesome tour guide —- very knowledgeable with a great knack for keeping us captivated and engaged! In addition to all you expect, you also get to feed the farm animals so remember to bring quarters to do this activity if you are interested.

I enjoyed visiting the Amish Valley and learned about Amish people's culture. The food was good. The guide was knowledgeable. This trip really aroused my interests in learning more about Amish history and culture
