Philly City Tour with Joe. Joe is a fabulous tour guide. Highly recommend this tour, guide and company! My wife and I have taken over 15 city tours in other areas of our great country. This one was special because the ride introduced us to more than just colonial history, and there are enough stops that it is not a challenging ride for anyone that enjoys riding a bike. We have a greater appreciation of Philadelphia thanks to Joe.

My wife and I were visiting Philly for the weekend and chose the Classic City Tour. We were not disappointed! Despite the weather being a little sketchy, the off and on rain didn’t dampen our experience. As a bonus, they provided disposable ponchos which got used! Got to meet and spend some time getting to know Shelly and Mar who run the shop and make bike repairs. Super welcoming and answered all our questions before our tour guide arrived. The bikes were super comfortable five speeds which more more than adequate for the mostly flat terrain. As it turned out, there were only three of us for the tour, so as luck would have it, it was virtually a private tour. Our tour guide, Joe, was “top shelf”. His knowledge level of Philly was exceeded only by his friendly and outgoing personality. Thoroughly enjoyed our four hour plus tour of all the major sights and then some. Highly, highly recommend this tour for newbies to Philly on your first day in to get a “lay of the land” to help you decide what you want to visit in detail if you’re in town for multiple days. I don’t know how many tour guides they have but ask for Joe! It was a pleasure getting to know him. Tom&Kim Seaford VA
