The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Your safety is our crew’s biggest priority. Before your journey even begins, your driver completely disinfects the vehicle and places free hand sanitizer in the back seat. One of our professionally-trained drivers will greet you with a name sign in the arrivals terminal of the airport, will offer to assist with luggage and guide you to your vehicle. Your driver will open and close the door for you, and for your safety, guests are only permitted to ride in the back seat.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

DO NOT RENT FROM SIXT A PHOENIX SKY HARBOR. They falsely charged me for damages on the driver side door. I drove car in and parked it. A staff member looked at the car and asked if keys were inside. He said i could leave and he would email me a receipt. When I got the receipt (hours later), Sixt claimed minor damage to driver side door. If you look on Facebook, similar charges have occurred. Rent from a more reputable firm with proper customer service to check the car out and back in.

My expectations met me when a clean and cool business car was waiting for me at the airport. Everything is fine
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
