    Our local guide Mr Tey was very informative and provided us with a great insight in to the area. He has a detailed knowledge of current history and happily shared that with us during our tour. We visited several jar sites as well as the Ho Chi Minh trail. Some areas were too wet or damaged due to the recent typhoon so Mr Tey adjusted his tour around that so we got the maximum out of our visit. I recommend visiting the Museum at the start of your tour , this will give you a great insight as to what to expect. The damage still in this area from the war is confronting. We spent 3 days with him and nothing was a trouble, including picking up ice and cold beer at the end of a hot day. I would highly recommend him.

    Eric was our tour guide for the Spoon Village and the 3 Plain of Jars sites. He was fantastic! He was very easy to chat with and we learned so much about not only the sites on the tour but also about Laos in general. His English was great and he was as kind and helpful as you could wish for.
