- Please indicate your estimated arrival time & flight number correctly when picking up at the airport.
- Please provide the correct English address and English name of the hotel or property at the time of booking
- If you want the return route
For example: "xxx Hotel -> Phuket Airport". Please choose the same option “Oneway airport transfer" and choose Pickup point with departure details such as “Pick up from XXX Hotel to Phuket Airport, Date and Time” on the line of Special requirements.
- Infants and children must also be included in the passenger capacity.

* Pick up at Airport *
- A domestic flight: Staff will be waiting for you at Arrival 1 and hold the Travel leader name. After you met the staff, please wait for drivers around 5-10 minutes to pick up at Domestic Gate.
- An international flight (Arrival 2), a local driver will be waiting for you with the Travel leader name. After you met the staff, please wait for drivers around 5-10 minutes to pick up at International Gate no.2.

The pick-up location for domestic and international flights is different, if you make a reservation, we will inform you in detail where to meet in advance.

Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival.

* Pick up at hotel and fixed place *
The driver will arrive at Hotel Lobby or meeting location around 15 minutes before departure time. The operator will confirm the pick-up time again after the booking completed.
