Cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour will not be refunded .As stated above, we do not refund clients within 24 hours of a tour, and this includes customers who are late due to flight or train cancellations, delays or issues caused by traffic or congestion, etc. We do not refund either if these problems are caused by the rain.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The tour was fun and informative. Relatively small group. Plenty of time on your own to climb tower and wander the cathedral. Wine tasting had 3 full glasses of very nice Tuscan wine.

We had a tour guide on 20th, she was easy to find and very friendly. The tour was divided into 3 parts walking around square of miracles which was really interesting and found out loads of facts and information. We then continued to climb the leaning tower, this was a great experience and we would definitely recommend booking this! To finish the tour off, our tour guide took us to a lovely Italian restaurant in the square, where we tasted a variety of red wines, bruschettas and cheeses. Overall, me and my partner would recommend the tour highly and would like to thank our lovely tour guide!

Alessia was a very good and informative guide. Full of enthusiasm for the sites in Pisa. The wine tasting was ok but expected bit more information and tasting of the local wines in the area.
